Lebanese man kidnaps, rapes and blackmails Ethiopian woman

The Internal Security Forces General Directorate issued a statement whereby it declared that on Sunday the 23rd of November, 31-year-old Lebanese man was arrested on charges of kidnapping and raping an Ethiopian woman identified by her initials as H. M.
In the details, the statement said that the man, claiming to be a security member, abducted the woman from the Dora region for not holding any identification documents.
According to the statement, the offender took the woman to the town of Chekka, North Lebanon, where he raped her and photographed her naked with his cellphone, in order to blackmail her. The man also forced her to call her friends asking them to send him USD 250 worth of prepaid recharge cards on his mobile number.
The ISF statement said that the man was arrested on the same day in Chekka, pointing out that he confessed to his actions during the interrogation session.
